The Tenderer is invited to provide a tender proposal for the upgrade of the Otaki WWTP effluent distribution to the LDTA, with associated infrastructure, including but not limited to:
- installation of 2 new pumps, in replacement of the 2 existing effluent pumps;
- a new header pipe and tie-in to existing pipework from the pump station building;
- installation of 18 valving arrangements, from the main line to existing laterals, including isolation valve, pneumatically actuated valve and pressure instruments on each;
- installation of complete pneumatic system for valve operation including compressor, receiver and solenoid bank;
- modifying the instrumentation, switchboard, control panel and SCADA control of the effluent pump station and new pneumatically actuated valves to accommodate the new operating regime.
Distribution of the effluent shall remain operational for the duration of the works.
