This request for Tender (RFT) is issued for the Kapiti Coast District Council (Council) and the aim of the Council in this process is to select and appoint a supplier for the provision of Professional Services for preparation of a Resource Consent application and other associated documents for district wide open drain/stream maintenance in the Kapiti Coast District, to enable the Council to achieve a satisfactory solution to the issues described under Section H of this document
