This Request for Tender (RFT) is to invite suitably qualified and experienced contractors to tender for completing the Kāpiti Coast District Council (KCDC) Contract 2018/C198 Chipsealing Contract 2018-2021.
This Contract is for completing the annual chipsealing programme in accordance with the Specifications.
The Contract includes:
- Preparation and implementation of Health and Safety Plan, Quality Plan and Environmental Management Plan
- Submission of Traffic Management Plan(s)
- Complying with all statutory requirements, Bylaws, District and Regional Plans, standards, codes of practice and the like that apply to the Contract Works
- Designing the scheduled works in accordance with the Specifications
- Constructing the Works in accordance with the Specifications
- Completing Works by 31 March
- Carrying out Ordered Works on receipt of the Engineers Approval
- Reporting as required on the Contract Works and statutory requirements
- Submitting as-built RAMM data
