This Request for Tender (RFT) and any contract resulting from it is for the routine and responsive/ emergency maintenance and renewal of Kāpiti Coast roading and footpath networks, including but not limited to pavement and footpath maintenance and renewals, roadside vegetation control, carriageway cleaning, signage and roadmarking, road asphalt sealing, sump cleaning, and emergency response to slips, flooding, clearing/ gritting snow, ice and bleeding seal, fallen trees and branches, and other similar emergency services.
The initial period of the contract will be from Commencement Date of 1 July 2018, through to 30 June 2021 and may be extended twice for a two year period to 30 June 2023 and 30 June 2025 respectively at the sole discretion of the Principal, subject to agreement by both parties
Tenders must be placed in the Council's tender box located at the above address before 4.00pm on Friday 19th May 2018.
