Contract No. C155 Ames Street Watermain Renewal
Tenders are invited for the renewal of:
a) installation of approximately 220m of new 150mm diameter mPVC PN12 Series 2 watermains in the carriageway of Ames Street between No.53 to No.71.
b) installation of approximately 60m of new 100mm diameter mPVC PN12 Series 2 watermains in the carriageway of Ames Street from No.71 to the Reserve.
c) Installation of connections, valves, hydrants, fittings and other accessories required to complete the works.
d) Removal of existing obsolete surface lids (eg hydrant and valve blocks).
e) Testing and disinfection.
f) All other associated works.
g) Reinstatement of working area shall comply with "Code of Practice for Utilities Access to Transport Corridors - November 2011".
