The council is looking to migrate to a solution that:
• Is user friendly;
• Facilitates mobile and web based interactions;
• Provides the opportunity to increase engagement with our customers;
• Creates efficiencies and implements greater controls through improved business processes;
• Provides flexibility in the charges that can be applied to a booking and the timing of the invoicing;
• Ensures the privacy and integrity of data;
• Allows greater integration with the other relevant applications used by the council and likely to be used, for example access control;
• Allows the inclusion of the cafe operation.
