This request for Tender (RFT) is issued for the Kāpiti Coast District Council (Council) and the aim of the Council in this process is to select and appoint a supplier for the provision of Professional Services for replacing the existing seawall at Paekākāriki. Paekākāriki is situated approximately 45km north of Wellington, between Pukerua Bay and Mackays Crossing. The replacement seawall covers Paekākāriki’s main stretch of coastline along The Parade.
Tenders are invited from interested professional services providers for the Professional Services for replacing existing seawall at Paekākāriki, Kāpiti Coast.
The contract covers:
• Detailed investigations, Option analysis and Preliminary designs based on the Concept design and Resource Consent conditions
• Carrying out detailed designs
• Preparation of documents associated with the physical works tender
• Contract administration
