Hamilton City Council is seeking to engage a suitably experienced Engineer to Contract (EtC) for the delivery phase of a major water infrastructure project, including construction of a new 25ML reservoir and associated booster pump station.
The EtC will be responsible for administering the construction contract in accordance with NZS3910:2013. Key responsibilities include contract administration, site monitoring, issuing contractual instructions, assessing and determining variations and claims, reviewing quality assurance documentation, and ensuring compliance with the contract documents.
