This is a Lowest Price Conforming Tender, Pass / Fail -
A preliminary works programme including the sequence of sites and events. Respondents should note that their programme will be a contract document;
Programme should show how the works will be staged past 1 April 2026 and how all works will be completed by 31 May 2026


NOTE: The football club require the use of the changing rooms during the football season which starts in April. Any works carried out from April will be limited to working on no more than two changing rooms at a time
