This Request for Quote (RFQ) invites suppliers to quote for the delivery of renewal of the Porrit Stadium Clubroom, the delivery of this project includes:
• Renewed kitchen, social area, and office to modern equivalent standards.
• An enclosed and lockable storage space within the social area to improve security.
• Improved security and access for user groups of the facility.
We are looking for a pro-active building company on our company who can work to tight timelines and to a high standard to complete the refurbishment before the first major event for Athletics which is the 18 of October 2025. We will be looking at innovative ways for completing works by this time, including weekend and after-hours work. The work will be carried out in co-ordination with Advanced Security Group, who are providing CARDAX access to the building.

Upgrade of the communal area and kitchen must bring all services and utilities to fully compliant building standards, including fire and electrical upgrades.
