Hamilton City Council (HCC) is looking to identify and select a preferred Café provider to open and operate a new café within our new, purpose-built $11M Library “Te Kete Aronui”, based in the heart of the developing Rototuna Village on North City Road, Rototuna, Hamilton.

Our new Rototuna Library has diverse requirements with different frequency of services and the right café operator will help HCC to increase visitation and the time visitors spend at the library or surrounding community facilities.
