This RFP is issued by Hurunui District Council, referred to below as “the Buyer” or “we” or “us”. This RFP is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a proposal to the Hurunui District Council (also referred to in this RFP as “the Principal” or “HDC”) to undertake the After-Hours Compliance services for the South of the Hurunui District, as per the map on Appendix C.
The contract is expected to commence on 1st May 2023 for an initial term of 3 years. The Principal may choose to extend the contract in two one-year increments, with agreement from the Contractor.
