The project team conducted a market tender process last year, inviting quotations from three suppliers, including Mow Mahi. Mow Mahi was the lowest conforming tender and was subsequently awarded the contract. That contract has now been successfully completed. To ensure continuity of services, it now recommended to continue engaging Mow Mahi through a new contract till end of July 2027. The anticipated cost / benefit of undertaking an open competitive sourcing process at this stage is not favourable as the services will only be contracted for a year.
