The demolition of 31 dwellings across 5 buildings at BLD 1 Ngatiapa ST - 16 Tukanae St Strathmore Park; 3 Ngatiapa St, Strathmore Park, Wellington, 6022; 4A-4D NGATIAPA ST STRATHMORE PARK WELLINGTON 6022; Flat 1-12, 5 Ngatiapa St, Strathmore Park, Wellington, 6022; & Flat 13-24, 7 Ngatiapa St, Strathmore Park, Wellington, 6022

A Site Visit is required and will be held on 6 August 2026 - Time TBC - Please contact Roxy.Versloot@kaingaora.govt.nz to arrange.

The balance of works should be finished by 9/10/26
