Overview
Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to provide asbestos assessor services for Stage 1 of the Māngere East redevelopment.
Stage 1 of the Māngere East project forms part of a wider programme to redevelop the neighbourhood and enable future residential construction. The works include the removal of approximately 77 existing Kāinga Ora residential dwellings.
