Overview
The scope of the RFP is for construction of the civil infrastructure required to deliver Mangere East – Stage 4, including bulk infrastructure, dry services, and streetscape improvements to unlock 4 superlots for approximately 79 dwellings, along with a watermain upgrade on Buckland Road.
