Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced professional services providers for the roles of Engineer to the Contract (ETC) and Engineer’s Representative (ER) to support the delivery of Stage 4 and Stage 4B of the Waikowhai Neighbourhood.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the opportunity, scope of services, and procurement process for the appointment consultant to undertake these roles from civil works procurement through to construction completion.
