This RFP relates to the procurement of an Implementation Partner to lead and deliver the implementation of Oracle New Zealand’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Platform which consists of the following components which enable our corporate functions:

• Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Cloud Service (HCM)
• Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud Service for Finance and Procurement
• Oracle Fusion Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Service (EPM)
• Fusion Analytics for HCM and Finance

Note: the HCM implementation does not include replacing the Payroll system.

Oracle New Zealand’s Oracle ERP Cloud was selected by Kāinga Ora as the successful ERP Platform following an open RFP process as part of the Technology Modernisation Programme (the programme).

We are looking for an Implementation Partner with demonstrable and recent implementation experience with Oracle New Zealand’s Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud (across all of Finance, Procurement and HCM) in New Zealand and in accordance with the New Zealand Government Common Process Model.
