This opportunity relates to the procurement of an organisation (Partner) to support our Data & Insights aspirations to establish enduring enterprise data foundations and uplift our analytics and governance capabilities.
This is not an RFP requesting any specific technology products. While the complete solution and roadmap is yet to be defined through our procurement process, Snowflake and ESRI have been determined as our analytics platforms for the future (collectively the Kāinga Ora D&I Products). We also have a legacy Oracle Data Warehouse and the future of that will be significantly influenced by the products we pick in the other Programme tenders (Core Housing Management, ERP, Asset Management).
We want to make best use of the Kāinga Ora D&I Products we already have. If as we move through development of the Data & Insights solution, we identify any product gaps, we reserve the right to procure those, but they are not within the scope of this RFP.
We need a partner who understands and who is highly experienced in the Kāinga Ora D&I Products and can lead the work to establish the core data foundations, platform capabilities, and embed the operating model required to modernise our enterprise data landscape and enable organisation‑wide analytics, governance, and AI.
This work will be divided into two phases.
• Phase 1, is to select a partner who will help us deliver the Foundations.
• Phase 2, the build out of the Platform, will be the subject of subsequent contract(s), statements of work, defined as decisions are made about the way forward in the wider Programme, in particular, what and where reports and analytic business use cases should be delivered.
