Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced professional services providers to support the delivery of Stage 2 and Stage 3 of the Pt England and Panmure North Neighbourhood in Tāmaki.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the opportunity, scope of services, and procurement process for the appointment of a lead design consultant to complete civil infrastructure design and provide advisory services through to construction completion.

The required Services are described fully in Appendix A - Project Context and Scope of Services.
