We are pleased to invite you to participate in the pricing of a set of new residential typologies as part of the Kāinga Ora Complex Significant Projects (CSP). This pricing exercise will support the evaluation of updated typologies and assist in future project planning.
Please see attached all relevant architectural drawings, specifications, and a Kāinga Ora standard Schedule of Pricing, which must be used for your submission.
The typologies included in this release are as follows:
• Four x three-level lifted apartment buildings, each with varying numbers of units; and
• One x three-level, four-bedroom terrace dwelling.
Please note: for the terrace typology, we request to separately identify the construction cost for the end unit within your pricing submission.
We also request that you provide a typical construction programme (from slab up) for each typology, which will help inform delivery planning and scheduling.
We ask that final pricing submissions be returned no later than 5:00 PM, Friday 1st August 2025.
Any Requests for Information (RFIs) must be submitted using the GETS Q&A function by midday Thursday 17th July 2025 to ensure adequate time for response.
To acknowledge the time and resources involved in participating in this pricing exercise, Kāinga Ora proposes a capped contribution of $5,000 (excl. GST) to assist with associated costs.
In addition to your pricing submission, we welcome any feedback on the new typologies to be provided in a separate Word document. This feedback will be reviewed by our delivery team as part of the ongoing design development and refinement process.
