Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities is seeking proposals to deliver the secure migration of our Oracle Exadata environment to a modern cloud platform. This initiative aims to address supportability and scalability limitations of our current on-premise infrastructure and align with Kāinga Ora’s broader digital modernisation goals.
The successful respondent will be expected to assess the current Oracle landscape, design an appropriate landing zone, develop and execute a comprehensive migration strategy, and provide post-migration support and optimisation. This includes ensuring secure data transfer, maintaining data integrity, minimising business disruption, and meeting Kāinga Ora’s requirements for compliance, performance, and operational resilience.
We invite responses that can demonstrate strong expertise in Exadata cloud migration, enterprise-scale delivery, and value for money, and who are capable of working collaboratively with Kāinga Ora to achieve a successful and future-ready outcome.
