Scope is to install client supplied modules, including delivery from Helensville, to each site (incl. cranage) into the configuration as per the Tender Plans provided.
Accessories including stairs, flashings, balconies, screens, risers and all other items as indicated by the plans is to be supplied and installed unless specifically noted as client supplied in the tender Scope of Works/Contract works document.
Other works will include hard and soft landscaping and service connections at boundary and to modules.
Foundation and Civil Works are to be completed prior by another party prior to the award of this Contract.
