This Request for Proposals (RFP) for the appointment of a main contractor (build only) to construct the project at Site A, 1-10/70, 76, 78 Line Road & 197 - 209 Taniwha Street, Glen Innes, Auckland. The main contractor will be responsible for the construction of 65 dwellings, including:

• 18 x two-bedroom apartment units
• 11 x two-bedroom terraces.
• 36 x three-bedroom terraces.
