Kainga Ora is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and resourced organisation to undertake the construction of the following 12 residential dwellings at 27-35 Constable Cresent, Napier:

2 x 2-bedroom double storey standalone house
6 x 3-bedroom double storey standalone house
1 x 4-bedroom double storey standalone house
2 x 3+1-bedroom double storey duplex house
1 x 4+1-bedroom double storey standalone house
