Kainga Ora is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and resourced organisation to undertake the design and build of the following 24 units at 14-18 Raurenga Avenue, Royal Oak, Auckland:

- 2 x 3 level Walk-ups (24 x 1 Bed unit in total)
- 1 x Community space
- 1 x Bike Store
