This RFP is for appointment of a Quantity Surveyor (QS) for the design and construction of 139 apartments over 5 separate six-storey apartment buildings at 18 Elm Street and 17 Racecourse Parade, Avondale, Auckland, including:
• 33x one-bedroom apartment units;
• 95x two-bedroom apartment units;
• 11x three-bedroom apartment units; and
• 80 carparks.

We are seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) relating to a NZS3910 contract for 18 Elm Street and 17 Racecourse Parade, Avondale. The NZS3910 contract will be for the Main Construction and Civil Works.
