This is an invitation from Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities (the Buyer) for suitably qualified main contractors to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) for upcoming main contractor opportunities selected from Tāmaki Regeneration Company (TRC) programme of large-scale projects.

Kāinga Ora is running the procurement and delivery process and will be the contracting party with suppliers awarded contracts following the RFP stage. TRC are providing the funding and will be the owners of the completed dwellings.

This ROI has been issued to the 33 members of the 100% Kāinga Ora Redevelopment Panel – Auckland, who are in the Large, Medium or Three Storey Walk-up categories.

The projects are located in Tāmaki, Auckland. An indicative overview (including the type and number of dwellings for individual projects) is given in the attached Appendix A.
