Overview
This is an invitation from Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities (the Buyer) for suitably qualified main contractors to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) for the upcoming design and construct contract opportunity.
The project consists of five 6 stories high buildings, comprising 139 apartments, a small office and a community centre as well as other site amenities and landscaping. The Project is located at 18 Elm Street, Avondale, Auckland, New Zealand.
