Kainga Ora is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and resourced organisation to undertake the construction of the following residential dwellings at 116-118 Hukanui Rd, Chartwell, Hamilton:

6 x 1 bed three-level walk-up units and 4 x 2 bed terrace units.
