Ferncliffe Farms, purchased by Kainga Ora in 2021, is located in the City of Tauranga, within its western corridor and the urban growth area of Tauriko West. Ferncliffe Farms is 95.3ha in land area with approximately 33.8 developable hectares, split between a large development block (and a smaller development block (approx. 3ha).

This ROI is seeking proposals from suitably qualified multi disciplinary consultants with a presence in the Bay of Plenty area for civil engineering design & planning consultancy services.
