This RFP relates to the purchase of up to two Platform(s) that can deliver capability in Relationship Management (RM), Service Fulfilment (SF) and future application delivery.
We have not discounted the possibility of a single platform fulfilling the required capabilities, however believe that this will require two 'best of breed' HPAPaaS platforms in the following areas:
