Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities intends to establish a national civils contractor panel to carry out civil and landscaping works at Kāinga Ora construction sites across New Zealand.
We will be releasing a Request for Proposal in the next few days with all the relevant information.

The purpose of this advance notice is to inform you of this upcoming opportunity which will be released within approximately ten days

In early October 2021, Kāinga Ora will host online supplier briefings with further information on this opportunity. Details on how to register for these online supplier briefings will be released with the upcoming Request for Proposal.
What we need
Kāinga Ora will be seeking contractors with the appropriate level of qualifications, experience and resources to complete civil and landscaping works on behalf of Kāinga Ora across all regions of New Zealand.
