With this Request for Information (RFI) Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities (Kāinga Ora) seeks information regarding Deconstruction Services and their availability in New Zealand. Kāinga Ora only seeks this information from suitably qualified and experienced organisations referred to in this document as suppliers (the use of this term does not infer a contract).
This RFI is being issued in order for Kāinga Ora to get a better understanding of the range of products and services available in order to successfully complete a national strategy and inform an eventual Request for Proposal. Specifically Kāinga Ora are seeking information on:
- The capability of suppliers to undertake Deconstruction Services
- The capacity of suppliers and related infrastructure / support services to enable suppliers to undertake Deconstruction Services.

The information sought will contribute to the completion by Kāinga Ora of a Procurement Plan that will enable Kāinga Ora to come to market in the near future and procure the required services. Issuing this RFI does not confirm that a procurement process will be undertaken in the future.
