Our aspiration for this Compliance Management Service Contracts is to provide a world-class service that meets legislative requirements while taking into account the changing needs and circumstances of our customers.
The purpose of this RFP is to seek either two suitable suppliers who can collectively carry out quality compliance management services on the residential properties managed by As Kainga Ora or an individual supplier to complete the Compliance Management services across New Zealand. There are approximately 1346 buildings nationwide. Our commercial and office buildings are excluded from this contract opportunity.
