Housing New Zealand is seeking a contractor to undertake civil works at 175 Owen Street, Newtown, Wellington.

Selection of a Contractor will be undertaken in two phases. This Request for ROI is the first stage and will result in the selection of a shortlist of prospective contractors to undertake the Contract Works ("Shortlisted Respondents").

The Principal will then issue a Request for Proposal for the Contract Works to the Shortlisted Respondents ("RFP"), each of whom will be invited to respond.

This Request for ROI is seeking a civil works contractor that:

a. can demonstrate their commitment to sound health and safety practices;
b. can demonstrate their previous experience in undertaking works that are similar to the Contract Works;
c. can demonstrate their capability, in terms of resources and plant, to operate in the Newtown, Wellington area; and
d. confirms they have capacity to undertake the Contract Works in the Indicative Timeline in Section 3 of Part A of this Request for ROI.
