REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The purpose of this Panel RFP is to form a panel of civil works contractors to undertake civil and landscaping works in the Auckland region.
The Contract types to which this Panel RFP applies are:
Construct Only Civil Works Measure and Value

Construct Only Civil Works Lump Sum

ALLOCATION OF CONTRACTS TO PANEL MEMBERS
Contracts for specific Projects will be allocated to Panel Members by a Project Panel RFP, which for specific projects will involve either a competitive closed Project Panel RFP process with selected Panel Members or the selection of a single Panel Member with which the Principal will negotiate.
