Following the 2010 and 2011 Christchurch Earthquakes there was significant damage suffered by HNZ housing stock’s drainage systems. Housing New Zealand (HNZ) seeks to procure contractor services, through an open tender process, for a damage assessment survey and remediation of the drainage systems.

Services and Deliverables

The following section provides details on the service specifications for this procurement project. The required services are to be delivered in three distinct phases:

• Phase 1: Damage Assessment Survey
• Phase 2:Survey Report
• Phase 3: Repair and Reinstatement

Ideally, the surveying and the works can take place simultaneously, with the repair and reinstatement carried out as and when HNZ receives and approves each survey.
