THIS IS A FUTURE PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITY

Hauraki District Council will be putting out a package of road rehabilitation works for tender by approx. mid June 2026 with work commencing in the 2026/2027 construction season.

This contract will be for the following package of roads subject to approval:

• Ngatea - Kaihere Road - RP 0.237m – RP 0.947m
• Waihi - Barry Road RP0.015m - 0.847m and Golden Valley Road RP8.084m-8.197m

The contract works include but are not limited to:
• Earthworks
• Drainage works
• Pavement works including stabilisation
• Concrete works
• Pavement and surfacing
• Pavement road marking and installation of signage, EMPs and RRPMs
• Temporary Traffic Management

The form of contract to be used is NZS3910:2023 with amendments.
