Shortlisted Contractors are invited to tender for the construction of a new Library and Service Centre building for our Plains community, located in Ngātea township.
This is stage 2 of a 2-phase tender process and only those shortlisted following the ROI process are invited to tender.
The existing building will be demolished, and a new purpose-built facility will be provided at the same site within the Hugh Hayward Domain.
