Hauraki District Council is in the design phase of a new Library and Service Centre building in Ngatea for the Plains community and will be seeking contractor services for construction.
This opportunity will be open to sole traders, joint ventures or consortiums with relevant construction track record and capabilities.
The existing building will be demolished and a new purpose built facility will be provided at the same site within the Hugh Hayward Domain.
