The Gisborne District Council invites pre-qualified consultants to submit a Response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for hydraulic modelling of the Gisborne Water Supply Network. Council welcomes innovative approaches and new technologies, including methodologies not previously applied in Gisborne. The purpose of this RFP is to evaluate detailed methodologies, programmes and prices for the modelling scope of work. All invited consultants are considered suitably qualified and with the capability to undertake these works.
