Overview
Gisborne District Council (GDC) plan to complete a feasibility study to determine the potential to develop a viable and sustainable community Resource Recovery Centre(s) for the Tairāwhiti (Gisborne) region. GDC are seeking to contract a qualified and experienced consultant to work with Council, community, iwi, and other interested parties and stakeholders to investigate the feasibility of options and present a recommendation report.
