Overview
The Waingake Transformation Programme relates to the purchase of goods and services required for the planting of indigenous mixed plants across approximately 470 hectares of land at Waingake (formerly Pamoa Forest).
This Request for Proposal’s purpose is to find suitable suppliers to submit their proposal for the delivery of transportation services for plants, equipment and people to Waingake and back on a day-by-day basis.
The Council is seeking to appoint a supplier for the first year with an option to renew, based on the suppliers’ performances.
