Overview
This plan relates to the procuring for Main Contractor Services for the Early Works package part of the Olympic Redevelopment Project for Gisborne District Council.
The key objective of this procurement is to procure an experienced Main Contractor who has a proven track record to successfully lead, plan, manage the delivery the Early Works package of works, as the start of a much longer programme of works.
The procurement’s proposed outcomes are construction of:
o Outdoor Change
o Temporary Enclosure to 33m Outdoor Pool
o Temporary Office x2 portacom
o Siteworks
o Divert heating from existing 50m to the 33m pool
