Scope of the work is fully described in the Principal’s Project Requirements in Section B.2, and includes but is not limited to the key items of work as listed below and in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT):
The contract is for the permanent repair works and will consist of the following key construction elements:

Site 1: Pattison Road (RP 0.316)
-Concrete headwalls
-Channel reshaping
-Earthworks backfilling
-Riprap scour protection
-Fencing

Site 2: Pattison Road (RP 1.681)
-Bench and fill earthworks including topsoiling and grassing
Subsoil drainage
-Riprap scour protection
-Shape swales, topsoil and grass
-Pavement reinstatement

Site 3: Kokatewai Road (RP 0.491)
-Bench and fill earthworks
-Geotextile
-Subsoil drainage
-Shape swales, topsoil and grass
-Sight rail
