He Aranga Ake is a multi-agency violent extremism disengagement framework that works with participants to achieve positive change across protective factors in their life. Overall, the framework aims to reduce the risk of escalation to violence in support of an ideology.
New Zealand Police seeks a case management system that can track progress of participants on the He Aranga Ake Framework. Six government agencies must be able to log into this system and it must be capable of storing information up to a government security classification of RESTRICTED. Information will need to be retained in line with government requirements.
We need an off-the-shelf solution that allows the user to:
- Record actions and decisions against a participant’s profile
- Add progress updates against a participant’s profile in an easy-to-read format
- Copy information (e.g. from emails and documents) and paste information into progress updates.
- Attach documents against a participant’s profile (e.g. minutes, background information).
Ideally, the user should be able to see all key information ‘at a glance’ on their profile.
Police is not interested in solutions that would require a lot of customisation to meet our requirements
