MBIE wishes to develop a holistic understanding of the impact of COVID-19 on the building system and the actors within it.

MBIE is looking for credible providers who have the capacity and capability to design and deliver a research project that will elicit and report information on the impact of COVID-19 on “actors” within the building system and the implications of this. They need a track record in research, a good understanding of the building sector and effective ways to engage with “actors” in the sector.

This is an opportunity to help MBIE understand how the building system is being affected by COVID-19 over the short to medium term and what actions may be needed to ensure the system performs effectively.
