Overview
This contract is for an upgrade of the existing DOC Visitor Centre building at Haast, comprising of two distinct portions of work:
• Portion One - Upgrade to the Visitor Centre Building, including work to the existing water storage system and upgrades/maintenance to identified areas to the exterior.
• Portion Two - Landscaping enhancement work to the main entry area, including existing feature ponds.
• Tenderers have the option to submit a proposal for either one of the portions, or both; choices need to be clearly stated as part of the tender response form.
