Overview

The overall objective for the remedial works required in this tender are to:
•Action the outcomes of the Hooker River Landfill, Aoraki Mount Cook Remedial Action Plan (RAP) as attached ; and
•Provide a clean verified site, Samples shall be analysed for semi-quantitative asbestos and heavy metals and results compared with remedial standards set out in Section 4.2.1. of SLR RAP (Version 4 – 3-July-2025) to allow backfill and site restoration therefore preventing any risk to human contact and environmental impact with waste and prevent the release to the Hooker River from landfill materials.
•Undertake the construction works and truck movements safely in accordance with the Contract documents, SLR RAP, Site Specific Safety Plan (SSSP), Asbestos Removal Control Plan (ARCP) and Traffic Management Plan (TMP).
